His Excellency Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi serves as Board Member of the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation’s Board of Directors.

His Excellency is the Chairman of Emirates Water & Electricity Company and the Vice Chairman of Abu Dhabi Power Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors for Emirates Global Aluminum, Aramex Logistics Company, Minas de Aguas Teñidas Copper Mine, Sociedad Minera de Santander Gold Mine and the Guinea Alumina Corporation.

His Excellency is also the Director of Metals and Mining for Mubadala Investment Company, where he has over the last decade worked in Investment Management across a wide range of sectors including Real Estate, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Utilities, Technology, Agriculture, Metals, and Mining.

Previously, His Excellency sat on a number of boards, including Muharaq STP in Bahrain, Suyadi CPC plant in China, Mubadala ReInsurance and Almanhal Development Company; and gained experience in Retail Banking and Finance from Union National Bank, Abu Dhabi Ship Building and the General Secretariat of Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from United Arab Emirates University (UAEU).
