ENEC Offers Careers and Scholarships Opportunities at Tawdheef Career Fair

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, January 31, 2012 – The Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) will be in search of talented Emirati students and experienced professionals at this year’s Tawdheef career fair, the leading recruitment exhibition in Abu Dhabi.
ENEC will be offering students across the nation with an opportunity to join the UAE’s rapidly growing nuclear energy industry on a full scholarship. For professionals, ENEC offers a diverse range of career opportunities, from engineers and operators to finance, HR, training and auditing positions. By 2020, ENEC will grow to approximately 2000 employees; 60% is projected to be made up of Emirati nationals. ENEC currently employs 400 people; with a 57% Emiratization rate.

ENEC offers a wide range of scholarship courses to meet students interests, from Higher Diplomas to Bachelors and Masters programs in a variety of fields, providing internationally recognized professional qualifications from some of the world’s leading universities and institutions. Students that graduate through the scholarship programs are given the opportunity to join the team at ENEC and work towards delivering safe, clean, efficient and reliable nuclear energy to the UAE. Currently, 165 Emirati students are enrolled in programs across ENEC’s scholarship offering.
