Gavin Milne

Gavin D. Milne is the general counsel for the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC). He leads the legal department within ENEC and is responsible for providing legal advice across all aspects of the organization.

Prior to joining ENEC in June 2010, Gavin served as a legal advisor at the Mubadala Development Company overseeing the oil and gas, energy and industry, and real estate units. For eight years, he also represented government entities in Abu Dhabi in significant projects. This includes serving as general counsel to the Emirates Aluminium Company Ltd., as well as providing legal advice for several Gulf Cooperation Council and international independent water and power projects (IWPPs), and the Dolphin Energy Project.

Gavin began his 14-year career at Sherman & Sterling and is able to practice in Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
