Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman

Mr Al Mubarak is Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority, which provides strategic policy advice to the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, of which he is also a member. He is CEO and Managing Director of the Mubadala Development Company, and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management, the Abu Dhabi Media Zone Authority and Emirates Aluminium (EMAL).

He is also Deputy Chairman of the Urban Planning Council and a member of the Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development.

H.E. Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Deputy Chairman

Her Excellency Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi Minister of International Cooperation and Development. She is the first woman in the U.A.E to hold a ministerial position.

In addition to her current role, Sheikha Lubna is a Board Member of the Emirates Foundation Abu Dhabi and the Dubai School of Government, and Chair of ‘Tejari’, which she guided to become the premier business-to-business marketplace for emerging markets in her previous capacity as CEO. Her Excellency Sheikha Lubna is also a Board Member of Friends for Cancer Patients, a Trustee of the Electronic Total Quality Management College and a Member of the Board of Trustees for Thunder Bird, The American Graduate School of International Management College, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Jassem Mohammad Buatabah Al Za’abi, Member

Al Za’abi is the Executive Director of Mubadala Information & Communications Technology (ICT) and CEO of Yahsat, an Abu Dhabi-based satellite communications company and the first hybrid (commercial and government) satellite communication system launched in the region.

He is also Chairman of Injazat and a Board Member of du, EMTS, Abu Dhabi Ports Company PJSC and Advanced Technology Investment Company (ATIC).

Al Za’abi holds an MBA from London Business School.

Mohammad A. Sahoo Al Suwaidi, Member

Mr Al Suwaidi is the Director of Gas Directorate in Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC)

In addition to his GASCO responsibilities, Mr Al Suwaidi is Chairman of ADNOC Linde Industrial Gasses Company Limited (ELIXIER) and Board Member of Abu Dhabi Gas Development Company Limited, Abu Dhabi Polymers Company Limited (Borouge) and Ruwais Fertiliser Industries (FERTIL). In addition, Mr. Sahoo Al Suwaidi is Board Member in Government bodies namely, Regulation & Supervision Board (RSB), Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund and Abu Dhabi Quality & Conformity Council.

David V. Scott, Member

Mr.  Scott is a well- known authority on the energy sector and a frequent speaker on energy policy and comparative energy generation technologies. He is currently working as the Executive Director of Economic and Energy Affairs at the Executive Affairs Authority, an entity within the government of Abu Dhabi, where he provides strategic economic and energy policy advice to the chairman of Abu Dhabi’s Executive Council.

Previously Mr. Scott was a regional Vice President for Occidental Petroleum Corp, a fortune 500 US oil and gas company. Prior to that, he served within the US Government in numerous capacities including as the Director for the Arabian Peninsula and North Africa at the U.S. National Security Council.
